hubby came home with my birthday/Christmas (bernina deco 650) present after work yesterday. I was so excited then I became a little frustrated and told him that we still had time in lay-away. his response was "I wanted to make sure you had enough time to finish Christmas gifts." I am so over being frustrated and have started enjoying my gift. I love that my husband is so thoughtful.

    mug rugs in the making.

For his dad and step mom

Sometimes I wonder..he he... I have heard it said that marriages have a greater chance of surviving after the 5year mark. We have recently started into our 4th year. We had a very bumpy start so hopefully I will remember the love and thoughtfulness of why he got me the machine and not because of the machine.
