Yesterday I started designing a quilt for him. Shhhhh.....it's a surprise.

Here it is. The blocks will be 9-1/2" made up of two 3-5/8 squares, one 6-7/8 square and one 10 X 3-5/8 rectangle.

Ok, now here's the top done. This went very fast.

Thanks. I just finished cutting out the fabric for it. No occasion, just a "because I love you" thing.

He'll love it and be so proud. I know I love it. The "just because I love you" is sweet. DH brought me roses yesterday morning and on the card it said i just wanted to remind you that I love you. I love those Just because I love you moments.

Thanks. Hubby finally asked me today who it was for and said he really liked it. I said I don't know  . At least I know he likes it!

I started to quilt it stitch in the ditch style and it looked so awful, so I ripped it out and will requilt it another way tomorrow.

If anyone wants to make one, it is 58-1/2 X 68. blocks 10" and
    30 (10 X 3-5/8 rectangles)
    30 ( 6-7/8 squares)
    60 (3-5/8 squares)

    feel free to make it.

    Was it an EQ6 design?
