Here's a picture of my first-ever party mix quilt. I'm so excited, as this was made for my daughter, who will be graduating from medical school in June. The turned corner is the backing with the doctor's tools on white.

I thank the QB members who answered me a few months ago about whether or not I could pull this off. Everyone said of course, and so I went for it! There are a few bloops, but the love that went into it will make up for it. My next project is a log cabin quilt and back to classes at my LQS for that. T

Everyone makes bloops, if you don't mention them, they won't be noticed. I think she'll be very happy with it.

What a special gift. You did a really great job and you should feel very proud, both of your daughter and the quilt you made for her.

It's beautiful and the only person who will see the bloops is you. What a great gift.

What a great job on this quilt ... I think the only one who sees any bloops is you ... it looks perfect! Your daughter will love it!
