I love the blue. great job. I have been seeing blue quilts all week. I am going to have to get to the fabric store. It's beautiful :)

Beautiful first quilt! I love the theme, and the colors! A very nice gift for a wonderful graduation! You should be proud of both!

THANK YOU ALL for your wonderfully kind comments! I'm suspecting my daughter will love it. I am so proud of her and all of her hard work. She earned herself a residency in urology (who'd figure on that field!) and she'll start working about 14 hours a day after graduation in June. So her work continues! It sure was easier for me to make a quilt than just thinking about her work! Youth is on her side though. On the burner is a wedding ring quilt for my son's wedding next year. Thank goodness there's time to learn the kinks involved in making those round rings!
