WOW. How exciting for you. I'm scared to put mine in a judging.

Quilterlynn: I think I may have drooled and touched your quilt in person when we were at the OregonState Fair! We attend every year but I've never entered anything in the State Fair. I mostly do the county fair. How wonderful that you won the blue ribbon. It's lovely and you've revived a treasure. What a keepsake. Do you know the original maker of the quilt? Thanks for sharing.

I have an antique quilt top that I am thinking of quilting. It is in really good condition. Was it difficult working with the older top? I am a little nervous to try it, but want to make it more "safe" by quilting it. Thanks!

I just love old quilts--and how wonderful that you quilted it and won a blue ribbon! Isn't it fun winning something like that--it's nice to be recognized because you did such a beautiful job!
Do you have plans for something else for next year?
