    this is my mom's mother's day gift...it is late and she has no idea...she will finally see it today. The center is hand appliqued 1/2" hexagon grandma's flower garden, there are 3 (1/4") hexagon flowers too. it is queen sized. started it in March when i sprained my ankle and had to spend the weekend on the couch, foot on pillows, James Bond movies and grandma's flower garden paper piece templates...then my garden bloomed with the first signs of spring
