I don't know about the EZ3 but I do know that the Z44 comes with the crib, twin, queen and king rails. I haven't decided if I will stain it or not. Might just depend if I get to it before the cog wheels get here.

I plan on just starting at the bottom. I read in the directions to mark your top and backing every 6 inches along the edges so that when you are working on it, and rolling it up, you know that you are keeping the same tension top and bottom.

I'm glad you are getting the missing pieces. Can't wait to see your first quilt done on it!

i have a grace frame, the pro one...goes to king and i have it 80% set up, it's not hard, just tough to find the time with the kids, hockey season, husband....

sorry for your missing parts - that really stinks!! Show a picture when you are done setting it up...

I have the grace Pro and decided (since I have the room) to set it up in kingsize - that way I won't have to worry about storing the other pieces and tearing it down and adding the extensions to it... A friend and I started about 8p, quit about 1030p and then the next day, I was able to finish it alone... I was only missing one part (a carriage bolt) and I keep forgetting to call them about it...

But I sure do love my set up and know you will too...
