Ouch.. Who or where did you order it from? I do hope they stand by it. That really stinks. You would think that they would have used some cardboard or something to stabilize it. Stinkers.

Update: Per an email I received from the company they will "see if they have another in the store and send it out to me."

I'm waiting to post the name of the store until I find out how they remedy the situation. Hopefully I'll be able to post they are worth ordering from.

You got lucky. I received a package with a panel in it that was cut with what looked like a box cutter (priority envelope, ziplock bag and one layer of material all cut). I called the company and they said "take it to the Post Office". I did and then the Post Office said "it wasn't insured" so they would not do anything. So I am out of luck.
