I spy

This was made for the son of a friend. He calls it his son's "road trip" quilt. I love the panel my DH picked out for the back and the skinny gray/white stripe he picked out for the "jar lids". It looks like the real jar lids.

Just made one and wished I had seen yours first. LOVE the skinny stripe for the jar lids. Great idea to keep a little one busy in the car!

How cute is THAT! I've never seen an I Spy jar quilt. I'm inspired. And the grey stripe really is perfect as lids. Your hubby's pick for the educational backing is terrific. Good teamwork!
