That is lovely. Sometimes scrap quilts can be so busy but your pattern & contrasting background really makes your design pop! I tend more in the opposite direction - my first quilt had 17 inch HSTs. : )

I love it! I also used 1.5 strips for a tiny 3' x 3' log cabin quilt! It required very exact sewing, so, I know why your husband called you crazy! So did my husband. But, it is one of my very favorite tiny quilts. Yours is wonderful, you must have nerves of steel to make a quilt that big with those tiny strips!
