Gai its not reverse applique andit is hand stitched with a chain stitch around it using a lovely thread which changed colours.

Well, at first I was going to protest and say it needs to come to me, but then I realized that Elle is so far out of my league that it would be blasphemy! If I tried for 100 years I couldn't match her skill. BUT I did do a fused applique with the help of her tute! Thank you very much Elle!

What????? Elle...I gotta see a close up of the edge of that applique...I wanna see the thread..You probably already told, but by hand or machine? I was thinking you did these on the machine...am I mistaken?
