I collected quilts before I started making them. These are a few older ones. I don't know much about them unfortunately, but I do recognize the block patterns now! LOL!

This one is my favorite. Beautifully hand quilted. Bones likes it too!

This one is a little worn, but still very pretty. I love all the different scraps used in the flowers. They look like old dresses and aprons. Maybe some feed sacks too!

    Dang dog!

This one is in excellent condition. It's not really that old. Circa 1978. Black and white quilts have always been a favorite of mine and when I saw this one I had to have it. I bought it at the "Longest Yard Sale" my auntie and I attended. We had so much fun, so this quilt has special memories for me.

No plans, really Pam. My mom gave me a beautiful quilt rack for Christmas, so they should get some display time and use. Everyone likes to have a quilt when they watch tv here in chilly Florida! LOL! They've been up in my closet for a while and needed to be refolded, so I decided to takes some pictures.

That is neat that you are taking such good care of them & that they will get some display time. Whoever made them would be happy I'm sure. I think a quilt rack would be a great item to have. :D

    Very pretty!

I have a dresden plate quilt I found at my mom's when she passed. I haven't got a clue where it came from or who made it either

The first quilt you posted is like the one my grandparents made me when I was a little girl. :D I love the black and white one too.

I think Bones wants to make sure we all understand that these quilts are already spoken for. The pictures are just so we can see what they look like, not so we can take them away!
