I fell in love with Alexander Henry's "Lady Yang" fabric. It just screamed OBW. This quilt will be completed as a wedding present for my daughter and fiance. I also bought more of the fabric to make pillow shams. And, I am sooo tempted to go back and buy the rest of the bolt of the fabric. HMMMM.

FYI, Some of the hexagons just did not work so I made a template and cut at five whole cloth hexagons and worked them in.

This is truly a work of art - I love this pattern, just haven't made one - bucket list of course.

This is a lovely quilt. Love the colors and all the movement with the design. What a nice choice and treasured wedding present. Stunning.

Absolutely gorgeous - love the fabric, I can see why you want to grab the rest of the bolt (and indeed, I would encourage you to do so!) They should be thrilled with it - and judging from the recent thread on "thank you" notes, better get a thank you card in the mail to you - or else! Lovely work!

I have some of that fabric from JoAnn's. I really like it and I love what you have done with yours. It is a work of art. Very lovely.
