I'm horrible about finishing tops and procrastinating about quilting them. I have a small stack of baby quilts draped across the back of my couch waiting for motivation to strike.

This is the latest and greatest. Someone (I can't remember which user) recently made this in black and white like it was in the magazine. Because I used a different machine and didn't check my seam width, I had 3/8" seams and had to adjust the pattern a bit to make it work.

A friend's b-day is on August 10th, so I actually have to finish this. Wish me luck. I hope he likes it.

EDIT: Wow. I need to re-iron and use the lint roller on it before I do anything. Oh well.

Yes! It was me! I made this contemporary quilt for my son and posted about 2 months ago. Yours came out great, too. It wasn't that hard to do, either. Congrats! I feel really good that someone actually made one, too.

Great job on your quilt. Love it in black and white. I made a baby quilt in that pattern, using "I spy" squares for the middle of the blocks. I am sure your friend will love it.
