They are very pretty and so much fun to make. OK, if you conquered the scary ruffler foot I guess I will put mine on the machine and give it a try. LOL

Yes, they can be done without a ruffler by just gathering the edge. I thought all vintage machines came with a ruffler, LOL. I haven't tried mine yet.

I have learned so much and it is always fun to sit and sew with friends.
