Yesterday and this morning, I cut and assembled my Kool Kaleidoscope... I thought I'd share pictures of it as it came together. These are so much fun to see come together.

I'm really happy with it for the most part. There are some points that I need to touch up and there is one section that is way off and I have no idea what on earth I did - but it's actually okay since I was thinking of making another one and having a section of it in each corner so I will probably just take it apart and use it for that... I planned ahead and have enough fabric to make a second one which I'm planning on starting after I finish up a few other tidbits...

I'm really looking forward to my new sewing room - I'll have a design wall instead of a design hallway floor :D

Finishing the first round and beginning the second...

Adding the third round

finishing up round 3...

working on round 4.... I wasn't happy with the strip set I made and was playing around with a few ideas - upside down and then a different set altogether

This is what I opted to go with....

The last round...

And it all sewn together for better or worse...
