    Default Modern 60's Quilt

My brother wanted a quilt in 60's colors - yellow, blue, green pastels and something modern....what a challenge! This quilt looked so easy in the McCall's Quick quilts....but it was not! It's actually for a king bed so it should look a lot better on the right size bed...lol. Lots of matching patterns and even the binding to accentuate the blocks. My friend quilted it and put a modern "D" in the middle for his last name. He will be here tonight so I hope he likes it! Thanks for looking!

Nice job. It sure looks like it would be easy to make. I'm sure your brother will love it. Thanks for sharing.

I will pm you as soon as I find the copy. I made the blocks a while ago then I could not find the magazine. It is in my sewing room some where so I will have to let you know. Thanks.
