    Default more Talk-About Books!

These are so much fun to make. I am always on the look out for perfect fabrics to make story connections. My grandchildren (not for a few years yet) are going to have several waiting for them because there are so many favorite fabrics I want him/her/them to have! :-)

More pictures.... I love the black and white with red with ladybugs. I'm thinking of doing many more black and white blocks. Now I'm out of title pages, so that's the job for tomorrow. :-)

Those are fantastic! So bright and educational! I would love to make one for my DGD's. Is there a pattern or are they your own design?

    Last few...
I have some dog bone fabric to make prairie points for the dogs now! Actually, it's from my student bookmark project. I can't wait to start those. Fabric is cut and ready to go!

They are my design, BUT the peek-a-boo block is by Karie Patch designs. It's taken me weeks to stop tweaking the pattern, but I think it's where it's going to stay. It's kind of tricky.

I created a sheet for parents with ideas on how to use the book for vocadevelopmentnt. Credit to Karie Patch is on the sheet. This is an exciting project. I'm a teacher and working with infants on wordhasas always been a passion of mine.

You have me ooooh-ing and aaaah-ing! lol This is SO CUTE! I WANT one! I've been collecting baby fabrics with greats in mind, which could happen in the very near future with 11 grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to nearly 24. This would be a wonderful addition to a baby quilt. Thanks for posting!
