Finally got on the stick and finished DGD cupcake runner for her birthday on the 19th. She will be 11 and is getting the runner, a pan, liners, decorating set and a cookbook. And her Mom has been warned to have some mix on hand :-)

Also I did a couple of Easter runners. One will tuck into the bd box for DIL and the other is for me!

Cupcakes front

Yep - and it took much longer than I thought it would :mrgreen: and a lot more thread too!

I like that yellow/orange/purple fabric and thought the back side looked like "cocktails at sunset" so I thought it deserved a little "dressing up".

Did u use a pattern for the cupcake quilt? My niece loves watching some cooking show where they decorate cupcakes ! I'll have to make her one ) I LOVE the colors in your 2nd runner too
