I'm all but jumping up and down over here, so excited!!
LOVELOVELOVE this....both the original idea and the "save". I've really gotten into Modern quilts lately and yours is driving me nuts to get into the studio and cut stuff up and sew!
But the quilting....OMG....divine; it truly makes this quilt!
You've done a fantastic job, SO grateful you shared! Thank you!

When you showed these blocks before I would never have believed they could turn into such a great quilt! You came up with a really creative solution. Love the quilt now.

How did you ever come up with the idea to do this?? Amazing how quilting can take a quilt from so so to dazzling!! You really nailed it on this one!! Love it!

Great quilt, did you do all the quilting on your DSM? I have done straight line quilting on my DSM and it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be! Anyway your quilt turned out great.
