Decided I needed a cutting table but did not want to go through added expense.
I already had a folding table and had a friend who added bed risers to hers so I went to the Thrift Store and bought some and did the same thing. It really works!!!!
juat a suggestion for others who have linited space or do not want to buy a table for cutting only :-D

What a great idea. I've been trying to come up with something to use in my sewing room and I think now I'm going to Sams and check out some tables. Thanks. That's why I get on here everyday to get the good ideas!

I use the same thing for my a table in my sewing room that I use for ironing and pinning quilts, and it's great. Just this morning DH an I put a table on the risers in the laundry room and now I have a convenient place to fold clothes. I'm sure I'll find other uses for it, too.
