    I just had to share these pics. This is Megan (9), working on her first quilt. She made a doll quilt for her friend who moved away last year.

    She made the top herself, from some charm squares I had in my stash - and I quilted it for her, and added the binding. We'll need to practice the 1/4" seams, but for now, she's just having fun with it - and I think it's beautiful!

    She is adorable, and she did a fantastic job! I love the fabrics...those colours make me feel warm and fuzzy.

    Oh She is a darling! Tell her that Jeanne from the board said she did a GREAT job and stay with it!! How wonderful for you to have a daughter that is interested in your hobby. I think I'm alittle jealous! :-)
