My grandmother left me her vintage quilting frame, c clamps and all. When the first girl baby was born into our family, I thought I better get busy. When my sons starting having babys, I told them if they where girls they would only get orange and greens from me. I have since changed my mind.
This is just a crib size.

That's beautful - not colours I would go for but together they are lovely! I should be more adventurous in my colour choices because I love other people's bright quilts - mine are nearly always oldy worldy muted! :D

Yes it was very hard, if I had more room it wouldn't have taken so long. I prob should have hung it on pulleys. Very primitive here.hahaha
I need to get a new machine for my next quilt. My grandsons name is Cameron Bear so I want to do a Bear Track quilt for him. He is 10 now so I want to make it bigger.

Isn't it great, that now as grandparents, not only do we get to enjoy our grandchildren, but we now have the time to actually sew. Your quilt is lovely and so is your work.

That's a very nice quilt. I love the color combo and the hand quilting is GREAT. I love the top stitching.
