I mentioned on another post that I work with animals for a living, and someone asked me to post a photo of some of my critters. I just love this one. I work for a rescue group, so my own house is sort of like the Land of Misfit Toys (underbites, missing limbs, etc.) They are all loved more than words can say. This is my little dog, Tidbit, wrapped up in a quilt I made on a chilly Fall day. Don't you just love that permanent smile? The quilt pictured with my username is going to be auctioned off at our annual benefit auction later this month.

I have a friend who is a dog rescuer, and has the dogs in her home. The other day she was telling me that I little quilt I gave her was used to wrap up her tiny little dog. She was afraid I'd be upset about that. But I think our pups need the quilts too. I have three hair balls myself, and they curl up with me in those quilts. And oh, love the permanent smile.

He makes people laugh all the time. If we're stopped at a traffic light & he looks over at the car next to us, the person always starts laughing. He's just a riot to have.
