I love M & L, it's been a while since I was there. You did good.

If you are ever in the Central Florida area there are two great quilt shops: The Quilt Place in Rockledge, FL and Rainbow's End in Dunedin

sounds like you had a successful trip all the way around and looks like you acquired some really fun fabrics to add to your stash. Yeah you.

Great find. I'm with you; if I lived near a place like that I'd be nearly homeless with all the purchasing. I have enough that I think I could open my own store. Oh the things we love. And they keep making prettier fabric. It's just not fair!

Great shopping, glad you got to go there. I went there once but unfortunately I flew there and was short on time so I didn't buy much at all.

I go twice a year when EVERYTHING in the store is 20% off. I would probably end up buying more, but you can only fit so many bolts of fabric in your shopping cart. You won't want to stand in line again because I have been there when there have been over 100 ladies standing in line when the line goes the length of the store and all the way to the back. Never get out of the store without spending at least $100 and that is after they take the 20% off.

Yes, I like M & L too. Now they've changed their semi annual sale. You have to spend $100 (not hard to do!!!) in the month of the sale and you get a $20 gift certificate good til the end of the next month. Their sale was in September and I have my GC ready to go shopping again this month.

Glad you had fun.

You really got some awesome deals. Wished they had that store in my neighborhood. Your little aspiring quilter is adorable too. I love to see kids show an interest in sewing & quilting.

I love M&L! I'm very lucky that it's relatively close (about an hour and a half away) but also am glad that I'm not closer because they would have most of my paycheck!
