I hand embroidered personal information on 16 squares of my sisters quilt. Stewy quilted it for me. It turned out beautifully. The pictures below reflect: teaching square as Judy was a teacher; Judy and her husband's wedding date; camping square for all the years we tent camped; and I went on my 1st cruise with Judy and her husband in 1988.

My sister, Judy, has been battling breast cancer for 3 yrs, and has drastically declined recently. I am so glad to get the quilt finished in time enough for her to use it to keep her warm. Enjoy the pics, but they do not do the quilt justice. Sandy

Judy was a teacher. Retired last year

Wow, fabulous! She will absolutely love it. Stewy did a great job -- I love that kind of swirl.

Sandy I'm so sorry about your sister. I had really hoped that she would have gotten better. You did a wonderful job on her quilt and stewy is a great quilter. When will you give her the quilt?

That is a wonderful quilt, full of a lifetime of memories. Those are the best. I am sorry to hear that your sister is declining. The quilt you made especially for her, will give her much comfort. I bet she feels loved each time she wraps up in it. ;) ;) ;)

What a lovely way to share your precious memories. I know you said your sister has gone downhill but God can work miracles. I will pray for both of you.
