Hello and a Happy Holiday season to all! This is my first tablerunner top. Now I have to figure out what kind of backing I am going to use. I have more of the fabric with the stars on it. I was just going to use that and fold to over to make the binding. Any other suggestions? Newbie Quilter here. Thanks to all in advance.

Nice color combination. I think you have inspired me. I have some of the same fabric.

I think that your plan sounds good. Love your runner and love the colors. Good Job.

Beautiful! I have this pattern but haven't tried it yet. I think I will do it. Thanks!

It doesn't have to be reversible or be "usable" on the backside. I did the same french braid runner for a Christmas presents and just used muslin for the back

I love your color combination. I think I'd use the star material for the back.

Thank you thank you! I have decided to go with the star material. It will be done by tonight. As I took advantage of Wed (day off work!) to do all my wrapping. All I have to do this weekend is set up aka PLAY in my new sewing room. It's still messy but hey...It's mine...the last child moved out and I am moving IN!!
