We should all make one for ourselves for later year & mark it "KEEP for when I'm too blind or lose my mind so I can still feel cotton & keep my fingers active, love Mom"

You are so right!!!!! My husband always says I should ceep two blankets for us.....sometimes we will need them.......

So nice to see your little blankets this morning. It gives me a few more ideas for mine. Recently a friend asked me to make some so I have done 3 so far, but didn't take any pictures. Mine are 6"squares and so end up at approx 12 x 30" with elastic straps to put around the ends of the tables. (per the care home request)

I worked LTC and folding towels was an activity, but I love this idea so much better! Dignified and meeting a need. Thank you and Bless you. The elderly are so special.
