Default Nightmare Before Christmas

Not my style, but my daughter wanted me to make these stockings for her hubby as a Christmas gift. As he's my only son-in-law, how could I refuse?

He likes Halloween as much as Christmas, and I guess he loves the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas. So....I made Jack, Sally, and Zero.

Was my first time doing applique with felt.

They are absolutely delightful. (I love Christmas but abhor the commercial frenzy proceeding the real Christmas season so I think of these weeks as the 'nightmare before Christmas') Jack Skellington, the Grinch and Scrooge all had a point even though they learned their lessons. LOL

My daughter loves them. I will see if I can figure out how to make them. How did you make them?
