I'm not usually a fan of OBWs but this one is beautiful. You had good vision in selecting the right fabric and your piecing is very good too. Thanks for showing it to us.

Thank you, Iraxy. That's an interesting idea. I do have about 3/4 of a yard of the original fabric left and have been thinking about using it in some pillow shams to go with the quilt... Now you have me thinking that maybe I should save it to go in the backing.

Beautiful. The diamonds are a great idea and add so much to the quilt. I never would have thought of something like that. I think this is a stunning quilt.

this is probably the prettiest one block wonder I have seen. I haven't done any fmq yet, but I am sure anything you choose for this one, will be beautiful.
