Question Opinions Please - Wallhangings? or Pillows?

I started out with the idea of making quilted pillows (for the "man-cave") but then thought...
What if I add a narrow cream border, then a narrow black one.... bind in black......
to give the illusion of matted photos in a frame.....??

    or What does everyone think???

I edited second pic in paint program just for a visual......

You could go either way with them. I think pillows would be good. Or make some more and do both!

Either way would be great! He will appreciate them in his man-cave.

I like them as pictures, I think they will last much longer than pillows (which will be used and enjoyed as well). Love the black borders. Sorry, I didn't help you much in your decision.

I like them as both think as pictures would be more unique.

I love the boarders and having them hanging on the wall. If you happen to have extra fabric, why not make matching pillows out of the fabric that frames the pheasant pictures. My vote would be to "frame" them as in the second picture and hang them on the wall.
