I love love love it! I bought the magazine, just to make this...even bought fabric. Then I saw the Bella Bella St Mark's wall hanging and decided to do it instead.

I remember reading the directions for the one you did. The paper piecing was done in wedges, right. It must have been a challenge to keep track of your fabric to get that swirled effect.

Yes it is done in wedges! It was very easy to put the right fabric in the wrong place. Everything needs to be very organized and still it is easy to make a mistake. I loved that magazine, it's too bad they quit it. I made the diamond Jubilee pattern also. That is on beautiful quilt.

Yes most of it is paper piecing. They no longer produce the magazine. Wish they did, it was my favorite. Yes, it is paper pieced in wedges.
