    Your "pies" turned out great. I like how you show more of the "filling." Your lattice crust is straight out of Joy of Cooking....

    I saw these someplace else & have the pie crust looking fabric for the lattice. I am anxious to make them.
    Mine will be apple and cherry pies. The ones I saw didn't have the 'crimped crust" around the edges.
    How did you do these -- looks like giant rick rack?
