$1100. T-Shirt quilt.
 

I have a client who said she just wanted to throw some money at someone to make her college daughter a t-shirt quilt. I got a book and studied and told her I would do it. First time I ever documented How long it takes me to make a queen size quilt. It took 45 1/2 hours. She gave me $200. to get started, which it took all of that. Then $100. to get it quilted. She is super excited about the turn out and so am I! I hope this doesn't come across as bragging , I just wanted to share with you all.

I can see why she's excited! It's fantastic. Isn't there a saying "it's not bragging if you can do it"? Well, you did it. Great job.

So you did this all for $300? We are never paid for what we are worth! But because we love the process we do it anyway!
