I spent all of the 4th of July quilting this one. I first saw a sample made from batiks in my LQS. On the package they show it made from batiks on black, and they also had one in thirties fabrics on white. I just did a Shop Hop and one of the stores had made up their own jelly rolls, and they had one in Asian fabrics. I couldn't resist it, even though I didn't know what I would do with it. Then I found this pattern, and the deal was done! The pattern was a little intimidating at first, but turned out to be not all that hard to put together--just kind of tedious. But I love the way it came out. It's a generous-sized lap quilt, and I just stiched in the ditch to quilt it. Pretty easy, actually, for a result I'm pretty pleased with!

Awesome...I love it!!! :D

Gorgeous!! Good job :D:D:D
Are those all inset seams?

I don't get how a lattice quilt goes together. . .

I didn't get how it would go together either, but it's pretty simple. No inset seams--you sew partial seams, then go back and finish the seams as you add vertical rows. Lots of prep work in sewing the units before you actually start putting the quilt together.

Gorgeous, stunning, WOW I want to try one. What is the name of the pattern and who produced it, if you don't mind sharing.
