Blooming Cherry Blossom Ninepatch - top done!

The color of the photo is a bit off; it's not so orangey. More pinky.
It's so huge it goes beyond my design wall. I'm somewhat happy with it. In the future, I would definitely NOT use any fabric that conveyed "solid" or "blender" such as the celery green here. I fully understand why you use busy prints now for this pattern. The celery jumps out too much because it's too similar to a solid. I'm already collecting fabrics for the next one. Like the OBW, it's an addictive pattern because you're never quite sure what you're going to come up with. The design "emerges" (or in this case, "blooms") into existence. That's just beautiful! It's so soft & dreamy looking! I love it!

Beautiful quilt. It looks like a difficult design.

Look like a blooming nine patch... nice

Love all your colors, beautiful quilt,,,

It is a blooming nine patch. It's a very easy design, actually. The most difficult part is identifying the best fabrics. Took me many months to collect the fabrics I wanted. The cutting and piecing is very easy.

Great job! Love the colors and design.

The celery is a little bit bright, but seems to blend well with the pink and green floral round closest to the center. It's beautiful! Nice job.

A great quilt. I kind of like the way the celery green frames the middle. Will have to give this a try.
