Blue Jean Quilt
1 Attachment(s)
This is our latest blue jean quilt.
Notice how the pockets were left on. They're perfect for hiding things or putting away toys for kids. Happy quilting, QuiltingSupport AKA Rebecca |
Oh I love this! I like how your blocks aren't square it gives it a great look!

18 years ago I made a jeans quilt for my then 14 year old grandson. He still has that quilt and his 4 children love it as well. It is a bit frayed here and there, but it is soft and heavy and has even been on many a camping trips. I had hidden a couple of dollars in one of the pockets and then we could not find them for awhile...it is a wonderful memory and I know that whoever is going to get this jean quilt is going to love it for a very long, long time.

Love the idea with the pockets!

Very, very cute quilt. I love the way you left the pockets on.

I have stacks and stacks of blue jeans and this gives me incentive to get moving. My big question is how to machine quilt it???
|
I love your quilt. I have set aside 10 pairs to use in a quilt. Any way you can post more info on how you made this quilt and how it looks on the other side? Is it a rag quilt?
