I truely need some motivation, everyone. I am not pleased at this one AT ALL. This is the first time I have ever bought some Moda packs. In brighter colors, no less. I usually go for the natural colors, browns, tans, etc. But I was trying to do something out of my norm and I am not feeling this at all.

I bought two packs of the 5" and one 10" cakes. I started the four patch out with the 5" squares and decided I wanted to make it bigger so I cut the 10"s down to the 5"sizes. Now I have so many that I am getting bored and just not liking this anymore hahaha. This thing could be huge if I wanted it to be. But I think I will be making it into a queen...If I can only get motivated.........

HELPPPPP!!!!

I love the design maybe if you move the blocks around in different positions you will like it better.

I like it. if you don' twant to make all those blocks, think about putting some solid color squares in between to help break them up some.
good luck

Put it away for a few days and then try again. It's pretty. I think you're just getting bored with it. Don't give up.

If the blocks are not yet sewed (I don't believe they are from the pic)..... I would consider putting a thin, white sash between them. I think it would make it pop. Just a thought.

I think its lovely. Put it away for a while and then start it up again later.

Keep moving on it!!! It's going to be so cheerful when it's finished!!!

It looks great. I like nativetexan's suggestion about using solid blocks between each D4P. Play around with it until you find something you like or put it away for a few days or until you feel like working on it.

I was just thinking the same thing, white sash would look good and you would need less blocks for a queen
