My First (and last probably) Tree Skirt

I finally finished! I made it with this free pattern:
http://www.sulky.com/project/treeskirt/ I didn't quilt it with metallic thread though. I just "tied" the yellow squares with a ribbon shaped stitch from my sewing machine. you did a great job. i made one with this pattern but did not use fabrics that had enough distinction between them. came out kind of muddled. i lost the swirling bargello. oh, well. still looks nice. once it was made decided it was too small for a 10' tree so appliqued a cover over the hole and made it a table topper. works well.
