We had a great week. This year was at my house!

We did:
Bargello Table runner (from Beautiful Bargellos)
Halloween Wall Hanging ( Thimbleberries Book)
Woven Tumbling Blocks ( Sister #3 had the pattern, but she took it with her. I NEVER want to see it again!)
One Block Wonder ( from the book of the same name).

Bargello... loved the result, process was mind boggling.
Halloween ... Cutesy
Woven Tumbling Blocks. An exercise in frustration. Try turning 42, 3" tubes 45" long... and have the seam exactly on the side!!!
One Block Wonder... LOVE the blocks not sure about all those Y seams!!!!

There is a U-tube video for strip pieced tumbling blocks that looks pretty easy and a much less scary than Y seams.

I think they all look great. I love your "Sisters Weekend." I WANT SOME SISTERS! Daughters don't count; they think quilting is dumb.

This tumbling blocks pattern is a bunch of fabric tubes WOVEN into the tumbling blocks pattern. You assemble it on a piece of styrofoam. Turning the tubes inside out was tedious and I gave up and didn't make mine reversable like the patterns suggested.
