Neat quilts. Good Job. I noticed you live in Arcadia. I lived there during WWII, I was only about 10 at the time. I went to First Avenue Elementary School. We lived at 1017 S. Second Avenue just off Duarte. I imagine everything has changed by now. I left there in 1947. I was a TomBoy and rode my horse all over the place. Used to be that Double Drive had a horse riding trail all the way up to Santa Anita Oaks. Funny how I can remember those things and some days can't remember what I had for dinner the night before!!

Lovely fabrics and your joining sashing is so thin!, lots of skill. I have never attempted but you did a splendid job.

Terrific, great job and thank you for sharing.

very nicely done~!

Really nice. I really like the sashing QAYG method, it really does make it reverseable!

Very Nice Job...Janie, :)
I am wondering if your enjoyed the process.. I plan on doing a QAYG for a King Size quilt -- wondering if I can finish it to the end. Am I correct that you add the boarder after joining all your blocks? Judy in Phx, AZ |
