Thanks for donating to victims of Sandy. I was in the eye of the storm (best place to be) and suffered no damage. Less than 5 miles away people were totally wiped out. It's hard to imagine losing everyting - a hand made quilt is something to treasure.
You are so right and so fortunate! I was thinking of the needs of these people yesterday being food, water and a quilt as the 3rd item with the quilt speaking louder than anything else! They need to know someone cares!:)

Thank you, Krystyna! That is so nice to know!! I often think about this woman and the unfortunate losses she's had in life and keeping her in prayer. I'm also happy to know all the quilts have made a difference in the lives of the victims of this tragedy. Thank you for all of your help too in this huge effort!!:thumbup:
