I looked at lots of string quilts on the internet. Loved the look but needed to hand sew until I clean up the sewing room (gee, it was hard to put that in writing...) so they are hand sewn and hand quilted.

There are five colors in use but several prints. The centers are a cat print, other cat print, a zoo print, a dragon print.

I started photographing so I could see which I liked best but find I like them all.

I love them! They're really cute with a focus fabric and strips around it. Very clever. :)

do you put anything on the back of the bibs to keep the wetness of the baby?

I've not found a good way to add a plastic liner. I use 3/8" batting and flannel back and that works very well.
