This is my favorite in a series of my grandkids quilts. I am still working on #5 and have one left to do.

The quilts in this thread are beyond amazing!
I posted a few pics in my intro thread and this ColorSplash Trip Around the World seemed popular :) . Fabric selection is key. I'd love to make a bed-sized one some day. |

Wow everyones quilts are absolutely gorgeous, such a great thread to look through. Here are a coupld of pics of quilts I am most proud of.
The first one is The Farmers Wife Sampler Quilt made as a BOW here with a wonderful group of ladies, it took over 12 months to make. The second is a pattern matched LeMoyne Star, which again took me over 12 months to make as I only used the pattern for the centrepiece, then turned it on point and did my own thing for the rest of the quilt. It is a pattern from Quilters World here in Australia |
Spectacular. I did a small double wedding ring wall hanging a few years ago so I'm aware of just how much work went in to this beauty. Thanks for sharing.

Bailey. I love this quilt. I love that you incorporated the blocks and the animals. It is fantastic!

Maribelle. I love your star quilt. That is so beautiful. All the quilts are fabulous. This is better than a quilt show. I kept thinking I sure would hate to have to judge these. There would be a whole lot of blue ribbons! Thanks ladies. This was fabulous.

The quilt that I am the most proud of is my king-sized General's Wives, seen here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...d-t191845.html. What a great thread!
