That's a great quilt, but putting it together would make me insane. I think I would add crazy borders to each piece, then cheat and square up the pieces (with kitties askew) and sew together.

I think you could still cut out blocks from what you have already done with a 12 1/2 inch square ruler and make life easier on yourself.
