    I wanted to make a checkbook cover for a friend who likes frogs. Thanks to some nice quilters on this board, they helped me out with some froggy fabric. So here are early results. Still have a couple more to make. I quilt the cover to make it more substantial with batting inside. I think they came out pretty good. Had to cheat on one because the fabric pattern made it hard to use any other way. They have a pen holder on the front. p.s. I notice in picture I had one upside down but you get the idea. Fewer folks are using checkbooks nowdays, too.

    Ha! As I made these, I was thinking someone might be asking that. I have a couple more to make so will try to take pics and do a tut. We just learned how to make them in our guild one day. Might be a week or more before I get back to it but I promise I will.
