    Default Quilts Made From Fabrics From Africa

    4 years ago, my daughter went to Africa and brought me back some fabric. I couldn't figure out a pattern that wouldn't take away from the large print, so I just hung onto them. I saw a quilt on a blogger's page that I thought would be a good fit, so I contacted her and asked if she would mind if I used her idea.

    Here are the 2 quilts I made. I backed them with Minky. Both are lap quilts. I still need to put the binding on the second one.

    My daughter was so happy with them.

    They are very nice! I like the big impact with only two fabrics each. Great job!

    That is such a great pattern. I use it often when I only have two fabrics !! Great fabrics your daughter bought you from Africa!
