Hi,
I love how you did your rag quilt. I am sure it will be well loved and used.
I just finished my first rag quilt. My friend told me to snip the fringe with scissors but I thought that too painfully slow, so I used the 28mm rotary cutter. I placed the blade near the stitches, pressed down and pulled it toward me and cut 1/4" fringes. This worked well and took me about two hours. Joyce was surprised that I did it so quickly. Thanks for sharing the picture of your quilt as I now have more ideas on how to do a rag quilt.
