    are your pics sideways in your computer. when you save them, some need to be turned right side up first.

    All of my rag quilts were made with two pieces of flannel. No batting in between. The one with the pictures and the one with butterfly hand prints I only used the cotton and 1 piece of flannel. On the cotton squares I would stitich them together around the pictures. The cotton does not shrink as much as the flannel. Also any square more than 4" I stitch an X to hold them together better.
