    I'm thinking of a lap quilt, and piecing left over fannel pieces for the back.

    I have been cuting up some of my scraps using 3 1/2 in tumbler. I really like your idea of using a different fabric for each square...though I don't think my stash is large enough. I will be making a dog blanket for my Granddog... LOL
